Little girls dresses are probably the funnest clothes to make!

Other than her Sunday dress, this is probably Lydia's favorite outfit. You can't tell from the picture, but the skirt is actually a skort. Lydia loves wearing dresses and skirts, but they aren't always practical on an active little girl (especially one who is learning to go potty without Mommy's help). I even figured out how to make the waistband adjustable. Good thing too since her waist was a lot skinnier than the pattern thought it should be.

I made aprons awhile back for Matthew and Lydia since they have outgrown bibs. Lydia's apron gets a lot of use since she avoids using silverware if at all possible.

Here are some other clothes I have made recently. A lot of the material I have used has come from the remnant bin at Joann's (ie-Lydia's skort and the purple baby dress). Some of it has come from other people (ie-the pink cordory came from my grandma who was cleaning out some closets). Lydia's jeans were made from a couple of old pairs of Scott's jeans.

Here are some pictures of the sundresses I made for the girls last year.
