Prayer Concerns heavy on our hearts
January 8, 2014 - Author: Scott Hill - No CommentsNew Year Greetings! We are so glad to have you alongside us in this ministry. First of all a Praise to Our Lord, Gabriel Nicholas is now 3 weeks old and our first checkup appointment with the Doctor was very encouraging – he is growing and progressing basically right down the middle of normal.
Second, please pray for Scott’s Dad as he begins a round of microwave treatments on an acoustic neuroma in his ear this January 9th. He lost the hearing in the ear this past summer and the MRI this last Fall revealed the tumor. They have opted to use this method of treatment since the tumor is so close to the Brain.
Thirdly, please pray for the mission’s accountant and bookkeeper as they are still reorganizing the mission’s finances to work better and smoother to adapt to all the changes that God is guiding us through. Please pray for wisdom for Scott as he oversees this process for the mission and advises the General Director in making some tough decisions.
Lastly, please remember Hilltop Christian School in prayer as they work toward setting up the next school year re-opening. They will need 5 new teachers and at least 100 or so students to enroll to make it happen and we believe that God is leading in that direction.
Thank you again for partnering in the work of Western Indian Ministries and our family.
In His service,
Scott and Sarabeth Hill
